About Toronto BBQ Catering

Toronto BBQ Catering is a wood-fired BBQ catering company working across the Greater Toronto Area. We smoke brisket for up to 14 hours and grill ribs, chicken, pulled pork and sausage fresh, then round it out with sides made from scratch. We cater corporate events, weddings, backyard parties, school functions and community festivals in Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville and the rest of the GTA.

A 30-person staff lunch in Vaughan, a 150-guest backyard wedding in Oakville, a school fun day for a few hundred in Brampton: our pitmasters and serving team take care of all of it. We fire up the smokers on-site, serve your guests, and clean up the catering area before we leave. Your job is to enjoy the party.

Our Story

We started with one offset smoker and the idea that good barbecue is worth doing properly. Word got around, the bookings grew, and these days we are one of the busier BBQ catering teams in the GTA, with hundreds of events behind us and a lot of repeat clients.

Why Hosts Book Us

We cook everything fresh rather than reheating trays from a warehouse. Pricing is per person with no hidden fees, and we cook for halal, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free guests as a matter of course. We are licensed and insured, we show up early, and we leave your venue the way we found it.
