Catering in Ajax, matched with local caterers
Ajax requests are often neighbourhood parties, school events and family gatherings rather than downtown galas. Send the real size of the event and we will look for a caterer who takes it.
Catering matches in Ajax
Detached homes and community halls shape a lot of Ajax events. A backyard can sometimes take a grill. A community hall usually wants a drop-off or a staffed buffet. Tell us which room you have booked, or that the party is at home.
Graduations and fundraisers come up alongside weddings and birthdays. If the event is at a school, say so, including allergen rules. We do not supply the food. The caterer does, if you hire them.
We match Ajax as part of Durham, along with Pickering and Whitby. A caterer based closer to Toronto may still quote the drive, or they may not. That is their decision after the introduction.

Catering price ranges in Ajax
Smaller parties still use the same per-person guide: about $18 to $35 for drop-off, about $35 to $90 for full service, about $40 to $75 for a live station. A caterer's minimum spend can matter more than the per-person rate when the guest list is short.
Ask the caterer whether Ajax travel is included. We do not add a delivery fee of our own because we are not delivering.
