School fun days, graduations and fundraisers need a caterer who is comfortable with a bell schedule, a gym or a field, and a lot of people eating in a short window. Share the school, the city, the timing and who is paying. A parent council and a school board do not always buy food the same way.

We do not hold a special school permit and we are not the food vendor on the day. The caterer you hire is responsible for how they prepare and serve the meal. Ask them about allergens, halal options and whether they can work within the school's food rules.

Graduations can be a family BBQ at home or a large school event. Say which, because the caterer and the budget are different. A home party of relatives is closer to our private-party match than to a campus-wide lunch.

Can you match a graduation party at home?

Yes. Mark it as a school or graduation event and give the home city and headcount. We introduce a caterer who fits that size.

Do you work inside school kitchens?

We do not use any kitchen. If the caterer needs kitchen access, that is between the school and the caterer.

Who signs the contract?

You and the caterer. We are not a party to the catering agreement.
