Toronto venues set the rules. A condo party room and a downtown tower often ban open flame, so a live grill is the wrong match even if you want barbecue. A house in the Beaches or a park booking may be different. Write the venue type and we will look for a caterer who works that way, usually as a hot drop-off when flame is off the table.

The city is also where office catering, wedding dinners and family parties sit side by side. BBQ is still the request we see most, and we also match halal, vegan, South Asian and other menus. Name the cuisine. A Scarborough wedding and a Yorkville office lunch should not go to the same kind of caterer by default.

We do not cook in Toronto and we do not have a kitchen here. The caterer on the intro email confirms travel, timing and price. If the first introduction is not a fit for the neighbourhood or the building, tell us and we will try another.

Downtown delivery can cost more than a suburban drop-off because of time, parking and loading. As a planning guide, drop-off buffets are often about $18 to $35 per person, full-service meals about $35 to $90, and a live BBQ station about $40 to $75. Those are GTA ranges, not a Toronto BBQ Catering price.

Yes, usually as a drop-off or staffed indoor setup. Tell us if open flame is banned. We will not introduce a live-grill caterer for a building that cannot allow it.

We take requests across the city. The caterer confirms they will travel to that neighbourhood.
