Hosts come to us for staff BBQs, backyard parties, wedding feasts and community events. Some want a drop-off of smoked meats and sides. Others want the caterer on site with a grill. Those are different businesses, and we use your notes to tell them apart before we make an introduction.

We do not own smokers and we do not cook the meat. The caterer you meet on the email thread is the one who confirms the menu, the timing and whether your venue allows a live fire. If the venue does not, ask them about a hot drop-off instead of assuming a grill can come.

BBQ is the flagship, not the limit. If half the guests need halal plates, a vegetarian main, or a completely different cuisine alongside the barbecue, say so. We would rather match a caterer who can cover the whole table than force a BBQ-only menu.

A price range for planning

A straightforward BBQ drop-off often lands in the same band as other drop-off buffets, about $18 to $35 per person. A staffed meal or a live-fire station is commonly higher, about $40 to $75. That is a GTA planning guide, not our price. The caterer quotes your event.

Do you smoke the brisket yourselves?

No. We do not cook. The independent caterer we introduce you to cooks the food and tells you how they smoke or grill it.

Can I get a BBQ caterer for a downtown office?

Often, as a hot drop-off or a staffed buffet. Live flame is a venue question. Put the building rules in your request so we do not match you with a live-station caterer who cannot work there.

Is there a guest minimum?

We do not set one. Each caterer has their own minimum. Send the real headcount and we will look for someone who takes events of that size.
