Biryani, tandoori, a chaat station or a full wedding spread: tell us the occasion and we will introduce you to an independent South Asian caterer who can quote it.
Request a Free MatchThe GTA has a deep bench of Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan and other South Asian caterers, and the right one depends on the event. A 40-person office lunch is a different job from a wedding with several hundred guests, a live station and a long menu. Headcount and format matter as much as the dishes.
We do not cook this food and we are not a banquet hall. Use the form to name the region or style if it matters to you, whether you need halal or vegetarian thalis, and whether you want drop-off trays or staff at the venue. We use that to make the introduction.
Many families already have a caterer they like. This service is for when you do not, or when the first caterer you called is booked. You still compare the quote and the menu yourself before you hire anyone.
South Asian catering is often quoted per person or by the tray. For planning, drop-off spreads commonly sit around $18 to $35 per person and staffed wedding service higher, sometimes well into the $35 to $90 band or beyond for a large menu. The caterer's quote replaces this guide.
More ranges are on the menu ideas and typical prices page.

Say which cuisine you want in the notes. We look for a caterer who cooks that food. They confirm the dishes.
No. We match the caterer. The venue is yours to book, unless the caterer happens to offer a hall of their own and says so.
Say so, and give the headcount. We will not send a wedding banquet caterer a 15-person lunch unless they take that work.
Tell us what the event needs. We share those details with a matched caterer and introduce you on a shared email thread. The caterer sends the quote.
Thanks. We will email you to make the introduction. You can also reach us at:
