Most BBQ catering packages run between $24 and $46 per person, depending on the menu and how much service you want. The Classic BBQ Buffet starts at $24 per person, the Smokehouse Feast is $34, and the live-fire Pitmaster Premium is $46. You get a firm, all-in quote before you book, with no surprise charges added later.

We cater events from about 25 guests up to several thousand. Small backyard parties and large corporate or festival events are both fine. Tell us your headcount and we will put together a menu and quote that fits.

For most events, yes. We bring our smokers and grills and cook fresh at your venue, which is part of the fun for guests. If your venue does not allow open flame, we smoke everything at our kitchen and deliver it hot and ready to serve.

Yes. Every package can include grilled vegetable and plant-based mains, halal-certified meats, and gluten-free sides and sauces. Send us your guests' dietary needs when you ask for a quote and we will plan the menu around them.

For weddings and large corporate events, four to eight weeks ahead is best, especially over the summer. Smaller parties can often be arranged with a week or two of notice, and we do take the occasional last-minute booking, so it is always worth asking.

Our full-service packages cover the cooking, professional serving staff, setup, and cleanup of the catering area. Disposable plates, cutlery and napkins are included. China, linens and bartending can be added if you want them.
